At American Tall, we want your fit to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the sleeves aren't long enough or the waist is too loose, we are committed to helping you find your ideal tall fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
